Community Mat Pilates Classes
I run several small group mat Pilates classes per week in Barlestone and Ulverscroft in Leicestershire.
Don’t worry if you’ve never done Pilates before as my classes are for all abilities you don’t need any previous experience and everyone is made welcome.
During a Mat class the exercises focus on balance, posture, core strength, body strength, mobility and flexibility.
Reformer Pilates
Pilates Reformer Studio in Newbold Verdon.
Take your Pilates practise to another level. Join me for a 1:1 or group Reformer session.
It’s very different to mat classes its like every gym exercise you could do but on one piece of machinery.
It can give you a full top to toe workout and yes includes the toes!
Online Classes
A large library of on demand classes broken Into handy sections for your to choose from. There are sessions for beginners upwards, specific sessions if you want something relaxing to back care Pilates. If you like to use equipment then there are sessions using the soft ball, bands, Pilates Circle, hand weights, foam roller or The famous Hog! If you are looking for something to get your heart rate up then there are cardio classes including (HiiT), weight training and BARRE Pilates which are available for you to enjoy anytime.
