Community Classes Suitable for Beginners to Intermediate

Pilates Classes

The classes are small group mat Pilates classes. Don’t worry if you’ve never done Pilates before as my classes are for all abilities you don’t need any previous experience and everyone is welcome.

During a Mat class the exercises focus on balance, posture, core strength, body strength, mobility and flexibility.

You are taken through a sequence of exercises from standing to mat/floor work. You will be encouraged to work at your own individual level, I modifying exercises where necessary and layer the exercises to add more challenge!

Pilates exercises and movements will stay with you through your daily life.  Regular sessions will help you to feel great by reducing back, hip or neck pain, improve core and pelvic floor strength, the exercises are great for mobilising and strengthening your body and the mindfulness aspect will leave you feeling refreshed relieved of stress.
